Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 28, 2026

China Visa Net (“China Visa Net,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing clear and reliable China visa application assistance services.

This Refund Policy explains when customers may be eligible for a refund and how refund requests are handled.

1. Service Fees

Our service fees may include fees for:

  • Visa application assistance
  • Application form preparation or review
  • Document review
  • Application submission services
  • Passport handling
  • Shipping
  • Consultation
  • Expedited processing
  • Other services selected by the customer

Government visa fees, shipping fees, and third-party charges may be treated differently from China Visa Net service fees as described below.

2. Full Refund Guarantee

Certain China Visa Net services may include a Full Refund Guarantee as specifically stated on the applicable product or service page.

Where a Full Refund Guarantee applies, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the applicable China Visa Net service fee if we are unable to provide the purchased service under the conditions stated for that service.

The Full Refund Guarantee does not necessarily include:

  • Government or consular fees already paid
  • Shipping charges already incurred
  • Third-party fees
  • Fees for services already completed at the customer’s request
  • Additional services or expedited processing charges, unless specifically stated otherwise

The exact refund terms displayed on the applicable product or order page at the time of purchase will control.

3. Cancellation Before Processing Begins

If a customer requests cancellation before China Visa Net has begun processing the order, the customer may be eligible for a refund of eligible fees.

Any payment processing fees, shipping charges, government fees, or other third-party costs already incurred may not be refundable.

4. Cancellation After Processing Begins

Once China Visa Net has started processing an application, reviewing documents, preparing application information, communicating with the customer, or performing other services, the order may no longer qualify for a full refund.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a partial refund of eligible unused service fees.

5. Government and Consular Fees

Government or consular visa fees are separate from China Visa Net’s service fees.

Once a government or consular fee has been paid or submitted, it may be non-refundable depending on the applicable government authority’s rules.

China Visa Net does not control government visa fees or government refund decisions.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once a shipping label has been created, a package has been picked up, or the shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

If a shipping service has not yet been used or incurred, the shipping charge may be refundable depending on the circumstances.

Shipping delays caused by FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another carrier do not automatically constitute a failure to provide China Visa Net’s visa service.

7. Visa Denial

China Visa Net does not guarantee visa approval.

The decision to approve, deny, request additional documentation, or otherwise process a visa application is made by the appropriate Chinese embassy, consulate, or visa authority.

A visa denial does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If the purchased service includes a Full Refund Guarantee, the specific terms of that guarantee will determine whether a refund is available.

8. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents.

Refunds may not be available when delays, additional processing, rejection, or other problems are caused by:

  • Incorrect information
  • Missing information
  • Incorrect passport information
  • Invalid or unacceptable photographs
  • Missing supporting documents
  • Incomplete application information
  • Failure to respond to requests from China Visa Net
  • Failure to provide required documents on time
  • False or misleading information
  • Customer cancellation after processing has substantially begun

9. Government or Consulate Delays

Processing times provided by China Visa Net are estimates and may vary.

China Visa Net does not control processing times, closures, holidays, additional government review, application volume, security checks, or other decisions made by a Chinese embassy, consulate, or visa authority.

A government processing delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.

10. Expedited Services

Expedited processing is an additional service intended to request faster processing where available.

Expedited service does not guarantee visa approval or a specific issuance date unless explicitly stated in writing.

If expedited processing cannot be provided because the applicable government authority does not offer or accept expedited processing for the customer’s case, the applicable expedited fee may be refunded or adjusted according to the circumstances.

11. Duplicate Orders

If a customer accidentally places duplicate orders, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.

If duplicate processing has not begun, we may cancel the duplicate order and refund eligible fees.

If processing has already begun, the refund amount may be reduced by services or costs already incurred.

12. Refund Request

To request a refund, please contact:

service@chinavisanet.com

Please include:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We may request additional information to verify the order.

13. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment processor or financial institution.

China Visa Net is not responsible for delays caused by a customer’s bank, credit card company, or payment processor.

14. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact China Visa Net before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate billing or service concerns directly.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using applicable order records, service records, communications, and transaction information.

15. Changes to This Refund Policy

China Visa Net may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that transaction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
